From free nationwide bed-in-a-box shipping to full white-glove setup across Colorado, we'll get your new mattress home the way that works best for you.

Bed-in-a-Box Shipping — Free, Continental US

Compressed, boxed mattresses ship free anywhere in the continental United States. Depending on the brand, your order ships either directly from the manufacturer or from The Better Mattress. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

In-Home Delivery — Colorado Only

For mattresses and products that don't ship in a box, we offer scheduled in-home delivery anywhere in the state of Colorado:

Our $99 white-glove option includes placing your new mattress in the room of your choice, full setup, and removal of your old mattress — the easiest way to upgrade your sleep without lifting a finger.

In-Store Pickup — Free

Prefer to pick it up yourself? In-store pickup is available at all five of our Denver-area locations at no charge. Select pickup at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready. Bring a vehicle that can safely transport your mattress — and if you're not sure it'll fit, call ahead and we'll advise.

Delivery Timelines

Most orders arrive within two weeks, and many arrive sooner. Bed-in-a-box orders typically ship within a few business days. In-home deliveries are scheduled with you directly — our team will contact you to arrange a delivery window after your purchase.

Preparing for In-Home Delivery

To help your delivery go smoothly:

Clear a path from your entryway to the bedroom.
If you purchased haul-away, strip your old mattress of all bedding before the team arrives.
Note: we cannot haul away mattresses that are wet, heavily soiled, or infested, per health regulations.
