Is the Comfort Base easy to setup?

Yes the Comfort Base is simple to setup and can usually be setup by two people in about 15 minutes.

Does the comfort base come with a wireless remote?

Yes, the Twin XL base comes with 1 remote, the Queen base comes with 1 remote, and the Split-King base comes with two remotes, one for each side.
What is a Split-King?

A Split-King comes is two pieces rather than one, with each piece being the size of a Twin XL.
Can I use a regular King bed on a Split-King frame?

Yes, the two bases can be connected for synchronized adjustments, however a standard King mattress will not support independent adjustments on a split king base
Can I use any mattress on the Cariloha Comfort Base?

Any memory foam mattress will work great with our Comfort Base, but we recommend a Cariloha Bamboo Mattress for the best night's sleep.
Do I need a specific bed frame to use the Comfort Base?

Our Comfort Base fits easily into most existing bed frames.
Is my Comfort Base returnable?

During the first year, Cariloha will repair or replace at no cost to the original purchaser any unexpected manufacturer defects, including all authorized labor and transportation costs. Other than manufacturing defects, if you're unsatisfied with your Comfort Base within the first 100 days of use, you may return it, along with a $100 restocking fee, for a full refund.
