How does the 1-Year Warranty Work?

Cariloha bamboo products have a long history of excellent quality and reliability. Our 1-Year Limited Quality Warranty will help ensure that your product(s) last for their intended use and protect you from any rare and unexpected manufacturer defects.

If your Cariloha products are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Cariloha warrants that, at Cariloha's option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Cariloha determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, pilling, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids or gels or body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs and inspection costs associated with repairs or replacements are the responsibility of purchaser.
How does the 100 Night Trial work?

If you're not completely in love with your Cariloha bamboo bed sheets, they're eligible for an exchange or return with a proof of purchase. The exchange/return must be requested within 100 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be sent back to our Corporate Headquarters. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs are the responsibility of purchaser.
How deep are the pockets on the sheets?

The Classic Sheets feature deep pockets that can fit most 18" mattresses.

The Classic sheets are made of 100% viscose from bamboo.
What is the best way to care for the sheets?

The sheets are easy to care for. We recommend machine wash cold and tumble dry on low heat.
