I was hoping for great…at a great price. Unfortunately, I have found this to be a mediocre mattress. The main drawback for this mattress is very poor edge support.
Is it good for the money I paid? Maybe. But I can't recommend it, unfortunately.

I bought a new mattress because my old one was was 30 years old (!) and I was waking up with lower back pain. I do have a herniated disk, and I thought maybe a new mattress would help. The new mattress isn't any better in alleviating my lower back pain. I don't know whether to return it or not because I don't know whether any other mattress would be better. Otherwise, the mattress is comfortable enough, although it is 2 inches higher than my old one and makes it a little harder to get out of bed. I am 87 years old.

This Serta Brecon queens size mattress was the best investment along with the Queens Serta motion essential VI adjustable base foundation. Ever since I purchased these two items online I have not have any lower back problems anymore. The mattress and the adjustable base really supports the whole body. I would recommend these two items to anyone with sleeping position problems. The mattress is very comfortable and I don't deal with sweating while I sleep, I always stay cool at room temperature. The was worth the investment. I'm not trying to be humorous but ever since I have the new mattress I slept longer hours, so the support in the mattress is true.

Mattress seems to be quite a bit shorter & narrower (~1") than usual for a King and I am comparing with my old Serta King size. Hopefully it will stretch out a bit after being laid flat. Btw, it is NOT a mattress in a box type.

I purchased this Mattress because my other it wasn't that old the other one was a pillow top and it was to hard for me to get in the bed with 2 very bad knees and it's not too soft , it's firm just the way I like it now I can get in and out of my bed by myself. I love it.

I have used serta my entire life. This js the worst, most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I don't know what happened with this one, but my wife feels the same way. The old mattress was more comfortable and better.

I purchased this back in June come August I noticed that I am sleeping in a ditch I called serta for their 10-year warranty supposably and was told I have to call the store I purchased it from JCPenney their policy is they charge you $95 restocking fee and I have to purchase a new mattress so technically I'm buying two serta is telling me that the tenure warranty only is valid if the store that I purchase it is not around anymore which to me it's bull you don't stand behind your products and now 7 months later I have to purchase another mattress which I am not buying serta ever again unless they rectify this problem I'm having
