The mattress, which I've only had less than 6 months, has a depression that has not recovered. It is right where my hips are. I am normal weight, (185 lbs), and there's no reason this should happen. I paid a lot of money for this mattress, and I'm going to seek a refund.

Don't buy a Purple, although comfy, they fall apart. I used to have a Serta and I wish that I never would have got the Purple. I should've stuck with Serta. The Serta is much more durable and just as comfortable if not a little bit more comfortable, we love it.
